New Year Revolutions

I know I am pushing it, but... Happy New Year!

However, this is more than a new year; it’s the entering into another decade. A whole 10 years gone, just like that. In entering this new decade, it seems more apt to construct a New Year’s Revolution, rather than a resolution. Instead of constructing a list that I will break by mid February, I am looking for a change, a real change.

Change requires reflection, asking those difficult questions in our lives and ultimately having the deep rooted desire to challenge our old thinking process and adopt a new way of living. This kind of revolution isn’t about toppling the current political regime (though admittedly I would love to do that right now), nor is it to do with socialism, capitalism or any earth shattering events recorded in the history books. It’s about seeing where we are at in life right now, and where we want to be.
